Stream Trains are when EMS members stream one after another without break, like the cars of a train. Short, spontaneous stream trains happen all the time, while larger, planned stream trains are organized several times a year.
Official stream train events typically have dozens of performers, and last all day and night, and sometimes day again depending on your location on Earth.
