Earth Modular Society Monthular is a monthly theme to inspire your patches, and this month we look to generative patches.

Generative music takes its form from a set of rules, rather than a specific sequence or direct user input as the core of the piece. Probably the most well-known generative patch in modular synthesis is the “Krell” patch, which sets the envelope length and note pitch from a random source, which is triggered at the end of each cycle. Set your synth in motion and discover where it goes!
