This month we’re focusing on sweeps. The classic sweep is a filter sweep, when you move a filter’s cutoff frequency all the way from one end to the other. It’s one of the most iconic sounds in synthesis. Other sweeps sounds great too: try wavefolder or FM sweeps. Adjusting any parameter from one end to the other counts. Or maybe it’s just time to get out a broom and clean up.
